Environmental managers

As Environmental Managers we don't support the way in which communism uses resources and the use of the profit in the countries economical growth. First of all by looking at China, which is the main communist power in the World, the use of resources is extremely exaggerated. according to the reuters magazine China is using its resources fast. At the actual rate of consumption they are doubling the use for the environment being able to sustain itself. in average China uses 1.1 acres of resources while there is only available 1.3 acres per person. this shows how excessively their resources are being used and at the end the profit created by the use of resources is not being used for a fair development of society which we as environmental managers consider equally important as ecological sustainability.

China is a country that uses primarily non-renewable resources; they focus more on the use extreme of coal, as we can see on the graph above it occupies the 70% of the resource consumption on the Asiatic country. This is because China, as being a big production and industrialized country it needs a lot of energy for the production of the amount of commercial products they create. China’s economy growth exponentially because all their production depend on the use of coal and oil as their main resources as they are very strong sources of energy.
This country does not rely on the renewable sources they possess, because even though they have hydroelectric, oleic energy and solar energy they barely use these resources and they contaminate the environment.
So, this lead us to the conclusion that China has justification for using the amount of non-renewable sources because their economy has an important increase for this.

The United States of America is a country that uses as a primary source of energy petroleum which is a source that pollutes a lot. As environmental mangers we do not encourage this behavior, we believe that economic growth is important but with it research and development departments should find a way to grow economically and environmentally friendly as well. US is a capitalist country, capitalists tend to consume source as petroleum, coal, and gas primarily since this sources business are the 80% of the world’s economy.
The graph evidences as well that renewable sources of energy in this country are only the 5% of the sources of energy in the whole country. This permits the country to grow economically but the CO2 emissions are too high due to this behavior.

As environmental managers we support the usage of resources of a socialist economy such as Germany. Germans are now the worlds major renewable energy economy. They are working on many projects involving renewable energy for example one parliamentary building in Berlin powered 100% by renewable energy.
After analyzing the data from an communist country such as China and a capitalist country such as the U.S we think an economy that matches all our interests is socialism because they let economy grow and also they use resources in a responsible way. But we decided to use Germany as an example because they have also a political will to achieve this goal. "The technical capacity is available for the country to switch over to green energy, so it is a question of political will and the right regulatory framework. The costs are acceptable and they need to be seen against the huge costs that will result if Germany fails to take action to cut its carbon emissions." this is a quote from the renewable energy and resources director in Germany.
